I honestly think there will always be an eternal animosity between customer service reps and the people they service. I’m sure on some ancient Egyptian Hieroglyph somewhere there is a depiction of a man screaming at another man behind a counter filled with little stone trinkets and boar’s heads. Perhaps the stone trinket that the man bought wasn’t the right size, or had some sort impurity. Maybe the boar’s head the man purchased wasn’t yet maggoty enough. Who knows; who cares? The simple fact remains that everyone will always need somebody to hate, and people who provide a service will always be a prime target.

Fun, fun, fun.
I've noticed Dylan posts, on average, three entries a day. Is he just incredibly bored, or is there actually THAT much he has to talk about. Maybe I'm the odd one out here. Ah well.
